I am Anneke and I strongly believe we are all in the driver’s seats of our own lives, hence the name VAN Coaching. I can coach you in your life, love life and career challenges. I have been guiding people from diverse cultural backgrounds throughout my life. It started in 1999 when I was still studying and joined AIESEC to match students to international internships. And it never stopped; I just love walking with you on your path for a while. I strongly believe when we are aware of what truly matters to us, we make more conscious choices. And if we start choosing consciously, we will live a (love) life in line with our values.

To feed my own curiosity and get inspired I love spending time in nature, doing multiple sports, reading, writing and travelling with our (modern) family.

In the past 23 years I have done over 5500 interviews and coaching conversations for VAN Coaching, HEINEKEN, VODW and Deloitte. With more than 35 nationalities, but more importantly with driven people who are in the middle of life’s big decisions.

The people I worked with describe my style as open and warm; I offer them containment, structure and simple practical tools to work with. I am perceived as calm, challenging, charismatic, clear, concrete, honest, knowledgeable and very open minded.

To continue my personal and professional development as a coach, I regularly engage in supervision, intervision, and trainings on specific topics. I have completed several accredited coaching programmes, including the NONONS Coach Intensive, Coach Expert, and the NONONS Relationship Coaching education. I am a registered and accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with the NOBCO/EMCC (Dutch Order of Professional Coaches) and work according to their Global Code of Ethics.
