Where does the coaching take place?
When we work face to face the coaching takes place in a private room at Thuis aan de Amstel in Amsterdam, or we can go for a walk along the Amstel river.
Do you also work online?
Since 2010 I have extensive experience in coaching online via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
How long does a session last?
The intake takes a maximum of 1 hour. A coaching session lasts for 1 to 1.5 hours. We always plan 1.5 hours.
How much does a session cost?
Private rate individual coaching: €150 incl. BTW
Business rate individual coaching: €275 ex. BTW
Relationship coaching: €200 ex. BTW
If we don’t continue the coaching after the intake, the intake is free of charge.
What is the frequency of the sessions?
Together we decide the frequency of the sessions. Often there are 2 to 3 weeks between each session.

What is your experience and background in coaching?
Throughout my career I have been guiding people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I did several accredited coaching educations, and I am a registered and accredited Senior Practitioner Coach at the NOBCO/EMCC. For a full overview of my experience and educations, I refer you to my LinkedIn profile.

The people I work with describe my style as open and warm. I offer them containment, structure and simple practical tools to work with. I am perceived as calm, challenging, charismatic, clear, concrete, honest, knowledgeable and very open minded.

We always start a trajectory with an intake to get to know each other and set a goal for the coaching. Every coaching session itself builds up in a structured 5-step approach.
